Privacy Policy

1. We do not share any of your personal information with any other organizations or individuals.

2. All information provided by you is completely confidential.

3. The only use of your personal information is as you have requested for it to be used: in communicating with you.

4. We never rent, sell or otherwise distribute your personal information, and we never will.

5. Only when required by law would we provide any information to a third party, such as a government.

6. We do use Internet cookies to track generic traffic behavior, and not individual usage.

7. The Internet cookie is not tied to any personal information.

8. In other words, your visit is entirely private and anonymous, as it should be.

Seminar Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits

Our seminars are designed for the maximum experience for each individual attending, which is why we limit the number of participants in each music seminar. We have established an optimum environment for learning, and we want people who are as committed and passionate about music as we are. Therefore, we have created the following policies for canceling and for getting a refund or a future seminar payment credit:

Refunds are issued if notice is given 15 days or more prior to the seminar starting date.

Seminar Credit is issued if notice of non-attendance is given less than 15 days prior to the seminar date. A Seminar Credit is valid for a maximum of twelve months from the date the credit is issued. Any Seminar Credit not applied in twelve months will expire. A Seminar Credit can be applied to the same seminar or a different seminar, or any other product or program offered for the same or equivalent value.

Requests for Refunds or Seminar Credit are your sole responsibility. All requests must be made according to the time limits set forth in our policies. All requests must be communicated via letter or e-mail. To complete a request, you will need the date and check number used, or else the last four digits of the credit card used, along with the registrant's name and phone number.

Refunds on DVD Programs and Course Materials

All physical products such as DVDs or other printed or manufactured material may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your refunds or credits for physical products as described must be made within 30 days from purchase date.

Private Instruction: Avoiding Cancellation Charges

For rescheduling or canceling any lesson, we require 48 hours advance notice. Full payment is required if you miss an appointment or if you cancel an appointment less than 48 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment.

To avoid payment for appointments you cannot keep, we recommend that you notify us by phone AND e-mail at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled instruction time. Otherwise, you will be charged. There will be no exceptions to this policy. By notifying us via e-mail, you will have proof by the date and time stamp, and the phone notice is an extra recommended courtesy to ensure communication.
